## What LeaseLineage is

LeaseLineage is a commercial real estate outbound and inbound platform for commercial real estate brokers, landlord representatives, tenant representatives, and brokerages. It keeps prospect research, outreach sequences, replies, listings, tenant inquiries, and pipeline follow-up in a CRE-specific workflow.

## Public read-only MCP tools

The LeaseLineage MCP server exposes three narrowly scoped, read-only tools:

- `search_cre_listings`: Search public active commercial real estate listings by query, city, or asset class.
- `search_cre_brokers`: Search public commercial real estate broker profiles by query, market, or asset class.
- `get_cre_resources`: Retrieve the public LeaseLineage calculator and educational-resource index as Markdown.

Calling MCP tools requires OAuth authorization with the read-only `mcp.read` scope. Reading the public HTML, Markdown, listing, broker, and educational pages does not require authentication.

## Data boundaries

Public AI surfaces expose product facts plus public broker/listing fields only. They do not expose private users, emails, contacts, campaigns, inbox data, billing data, or internal IDs beyond public page identifiers.
